If your building site is not on virgin or well drained soil, you should consider driling pilings under the footings 4-6 feet deep where indicated by the Xs.  BE SURE TO USE REBAR!  3 runs of 3/8 (10mm) in each footing as well as 2 vertical in each piling will be sufficient, but you may want to check with your local building inspector. It's important that the footings be as level as possible to ensure a good end result.

For the 20X24 model increase the 84" spacing to 108"

For the 20X28 model just simply add another footing to the rear with (3) 80" spacings
