Tranquil Cottages

We are offering our cottages in 6 different sizes now. Recently we added 3 smaller economy sizes without the side window dormers, front roof overhang, and front deck in order to keep the price down. you can get 16X16, 16X20, and 16X24, which are made in two 8' sections. Our larger cottages come in three sizes (20X20, 20X24, and 20X28) with a 4 foot covered deck on the front that folds up for ease of transport. We provide several floor plans to choose from with the exterior and interior finished to your specifications. These homes can be delivered finished or unfinished on the inside whichever you desire. The site preparation and foundation are the customers responsibility as well as on-site service hook-ups. These homes are built in two 10' parts for ease of moving and are sturdy and rigid to withstand transportation. Don't like the location? They can be moved again at a later date with ease. Also if you have a location that is not accessible by road they can likely be airlifted to site.
